Wednesday's Stocks To Watch - APRM, INIX, GGII, MDFI
INIX its nice to see this stock hold this area at $.0008/$.0009. Remember this was a $.0002/$.0003 stock before I alerted to my subscribers. The stock hit a recent high of $.0012 before pulling back and looks poised to surpass that $.0012 figure after this consolidation period is over.
GGII has seen its volume and interest dwindle the last few days. The good thing is the bid at $.0002 has held, but the buyers need to re-surface to get this stock heading back in the right direction. With the holiday shortened week quickly coming to a close, there is no better time than tomorrow to get this stock back to $.0005 and better. Lets see what happens.
MDFI down over 40% today, this stock could see a robust type bounce tomorrow at some point, whether it be right out of the gate or later on in the session. For you day traders out there this stock should provide numerous trading opportunities tomorrow.

Thursdays Stocks To Watch - GGII, ADSV, TLAN
GGII an excellent trading day for this stock. the money volume indicates investors are starting to catch onto this stock. When I first alerted it to my subscribers and members it had only $35k in money volume. Today it traded close to $150k in money volume. If the buying continues this stock could easily see $.001 or better by weeks end. These triple zero stocks can get quite explosive, and GGII could pull an impressive move from current levels.
TLAN I remain firmly behind this stock. Recent financials show TLAN posting a profit for the year, while reducing liabilities and increasing assets. This stock currently trades for $.0022 and I have little doubt it rallies to well beyond recent highs at some point. Those accumulating at these levels, in my view, will be sitting on some sizable profits down the road.
ADSV a penny stock guru first, I will post the chart of this stock on my watchlist. It is something to behold. All that matters in this market is money flow and ADSV has that going for it in a big way. I could see this chart testing $.01 tomorrow if traders continue to pile in. This chart tells the story much better than I can:
GGII - Stock Closes at High Of The Day, Looks For More Gains To Close The Week
GGII a stock I wrote about this weekend on my blog has failed to disappoint my subscribers, readers, and free subscribers. The stock closed today at session highs, fueled by the acquisition press release that was hinted at in last weeks news. The stock was resilient all day and seemed destined to see that $.0005 figure at the close.
Tomorrow should be another interesting day and the chart shows very little resisitance to the upside. I think the $.0006 figure I pointed out on Friday remains an important price point though, and a break of that would really bolster bullish sentiment. Most of today's action took place at the $.0004 price point, which makes that a solid support figure going forward.
Some tremendous accumulation going on right now for GGII, also look at the steady buying volume:

Paid subscribers of mine were given GGII at no bid and 4 market makers offering $.0001 in the middle of last week. My free subscribers also had a shot at getting in at $.0001 last week. To put that in perspective a $500 buy on my alert last week could have been sold for $2,000-$2,500 today.
While nothing is ever guaranteed in this market, I had a good feeling about this stock and still do. As long as the sellers that brought this stock down to triple zero's remain on the sidelines, this stock could continue to move higher and keep the naysayers looking foolish.
Today's press release was exactly what GGII investors were looking for:
LOS ANGELES, Apr 13, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Green Globe International, Inc. (OTC: GGII) today announced a Letter of Intent with Planet Positive International, LLC, the owner of the Planet Positive environmental accreditation program. The Letter of Intent provides for a period of due diligence, which if successful, will lead to an agreement later this year whereby Green Globe International will acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding capital of Planet Positive International in a share exchange transaction that will result in Planet Positive International becoming the surviving entity. Green Globe International will issue shares of preferred stock in exchange for the shares of Planet Positive International.
Under the contemplated agreement, once the transaction is completed, Planet Positive International will have the right to select a new slate of officers for the company and its subsidiaries. The public company's name will also be changed to reflect its business strategy going forward.
Planet Positive is an international environmental certification for businesses, products, buildings, events and people. Certification includes a carbon footprint report, an action plan including employee engagement materials to help make reductions in energy, carbon and costs, marketing materials for the client to communicate their success and a community investment element through the not-for-profit Planet Positive Foundation. Planet Positive's online certification is also ideal for large organizations looking to measure carbon in their supply chain, thus enabling them to apply a level of environmental assurance of their suppliers. It goes beyond compliance by delivering energy efficiency advice and behavior change materials to reduce carbon and environmental impacts. More information on Planet Positive International, its management team and current clients can be found at http://www.beplanetpositive.com/.
Planet Positive International licenses its intellectual property to wholly owned subsidiaries operating in the United Kingdom and the United States.
"Planet Positive International has existing recurring revenues; a management team with significant successful business experiences, including in the environmental certification industry; and high profile partners and clients," said Green Globe International Managing Director and CEO Steven R. Peacock. "We could not have hoped for a better opportunity than our contemplated relationship to move the public company beyond its current focus and to fulfill its pursuit of additional revenue generating operations in the U.S. and internationally. Jon Gaster, Group Chairman of Planet Positive International, LLC, and his team are uniquely qualified to lead the company after the acquisition transaction is completed."
Mr. Peacock added, "It is clear that each company's respective product sets will mesh nicely and will provide the public company with an expanded offering to address the growing global environmental certification market."
Mr. Gaster stated, "Planet Positive looks forward to completing the due diligence period and subsequently taking advantage of the many opportunities that will exist as a combined entity with an experienced management team and a strong line of products and services that can meet any company's needs."

Wednesday's Stocks To Watch - GGII, IFXY, MMTE, ENTI
IFXY news out today could help send shares higher. The stock popped from current levels to $.012 not long ago, and we could witness a similar type move this time around.
MMTE I expect this stock to break out to the upside once its done consolidating, which could be as soon as today. From there I think it will test and break recent highs. Keep a close on eye on this one.
ENTI news out this morning could draw interest into the stock. If it does start to move, it could rise 50-75% rather quickly.

Tuesdays Stocks To Watch - GGII, INIX, PRMO, MTIZ
GGII my latest triple zero alert started off the week on the right foot. After a morning of constant, steady buying with no market maker movement, the stock broke through what appeared to be a thick wall of eight market makers in less than five minutes. I think the next level of resistance lies at $.0006 a share. From there we have the $.0011 50 day moving average and the $.0022 200 day moving average. Look for potential news releases about the acquisitions contained in last Wendesdays press release to bolster the positive momentum.
INIX had a nice trading session. The stock closed at $.001 and hit a high of $.0012 today. I gave this to my subscribers exactly at the stocks low late last month last at $.0002/$.0003 a share. If INIX can break and hold above $.0012 tomorrow the stock could quickly trade to $.002 or better in the coming days.
PRMO from 2009's filings to the most recent filing PRMO's outstanding shares have remained exactly the same. Over this time the company has increased assets and revenues both significant numbers for a $.0002 stock. To repeat from 2009 until today, a time span of over 2 years, the company has diluted zero shares. Those making claims to the contrary are wrong, lying, and not reading the filings. It's all right there to see. Like some recent triple zero stocks that have moved, PRMO will have its time in the sun. I feel sure of that and that is why I have it on my watch list. I do not own shares of the stock, nor have I ever been in contact with the company, paid, compensated for having the stock on my blog. Some may think I am crazy for essentially promoting a stock for free. However if PRMO runs, like I think it will, the question will be why you weren't buying when the stock was trading at these levels. I like to bring stocks to my blog, that after doing my own research, I think are going to be a profitable trade at some point. PRMO, in my view is that stock. Keep it on your watchlist.
MTIZ the stock dropped to an ask of $.0006 today and someone came in to take those shares. I think at some point, possibly as soon as tomorrow, MTIZ will post a nice multi-day rally and make a very nice trade.

GGII - A Guru Triple Zero Alert

After many months of decline GGII has sat rather quietly in the $.0001 - $.0002 range until this past Wednesday when positive company news brought investors back into the stock. GGII traded over 300 million shares on April 6th and continues to see shares under accumulation as evidenced by the recent spike in accum/dist:

Triple zero stocks can provide some of the most substantial percentage gains. We've seen many stocks recently rise from the same level GGII trades at and hit $.004 or better a share. Think EYSM... a stock with almost an identical share structure which rose from GGII's current price to $.0048 a share in the span of a few weeks. That would amount to a 2,000% return for GGII investors if the stock moves just as EYSM did. That is the reason traders/investors buy these triple zero stocks. The allure of the big gain. Obviously the risks are high with these stocks but commensurate with these risks is the potential for big gains.
This Wednesdays press release was important for GGII and one the reasons why I think this stock will rally from here. For one the CEO states that there is no plans for a reverse split. For a triple zero stock this is exactly what you want to hear. The company is also working on two acquisitions that should add value to the stock. The company is working on getting the current information tag from Pink Sheets which is a step in the right direction. Outstanding shares and tradeable float are very attractive in size with the float, according to Pink Sheets, at 1.1 billion shares. The rest of the share structure is very similar to EYSM a stock that went to $.0048 from $.0002 not long ago.
The company has also kept up with its filing obligations, which is a great sign, and shows the willingness of the company to be as transparent as possible. This is not usually the case with a Pink Sheet stock, and is a positive sign for GGII and its investors.
Judging by the April 6th Press Release we should be getting acquisition news in the near term as these acquisitions get finalized. These news events could also trigger a rally in GGII shares.
While nothing is ever 100% certain in this market, one thing is certain for GGII and its shareholders, the potential for big gains is there. This stock has fallen quite far, and was trading at over $.10 this same time last year. Just as a bounce play this stock has potential, factor in recent developments and the future possibility regarding to be announced acquisitions, GGII is setting up nicely for a significant rally. If you haven't already, add GGII to your watch list.
LOS ANGELES, Apr 06, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Green Globe International, Inc. (OTC: GGII) today updated shareholders on the status of its financial filings, the repositioning of the company's current certification licensing agreements, its strategy to expand its revenue model, and its intention to consummate a strategic acquisition in the near future that would result in a change to the company's name.
The company recently posted its Annual Report at www.otcmarkets.com and is currently working on the Quarterly Report for the period ended March 31, 2011. The company will post this quarterly report through the OTC Markets disclosure platform, and with the assistance of Jeff Garrison (www.fiscallygreen.net), its consultant CFO, expects to meet the timelines required to achieve and maintain "Current Information" status.
The company also has completed the repositioning and assignment of its licensing agreements with its two certification licensees to its subsidiary, Green Globe Limited, a UK corporation and the owner of the trademark rights to the Green Globe name and logo. The ongoing strategy is to support the growth of licensing revenues from certification, which will be included as part of the public company's consolidated financial statements.
With the certification licensing agreements transferred to Green Globe Limited, the company will move forward to consummate a targeted acquisition. The company is currently in negotiations with two possible acquisitions and expects to complete one of them in the near term. The acquisition strategy is expected to result in a change in the name of the public company.
"The movement of the licensing agreements to Green Globe Limited is consistent with the strategy we laid out for shareholders in 2010, and we have now completed this process," said Green Globe International Managing Director and CEO Steven R. Peacock. "We will now move forward to complete a strategic acquisition and to rebrand the company with a new name, allowing us to expand our focus beyond just Green Globe branded programs. Management has no plans for a reverse split and will work to build value within the company's current structure."

Friday's Stocks To Watch -AMNG, INIX, CUBV, GGII
INIX this is a stock I have been behind since $.0002/$.0003 of last week. It hit a high of $.0009 today, with only one market maker asking between that figure and $.001 before some sells brought the stock back down. Right now the level II looks sharp, with only a few offering shares under $.0014. The bid could use some support if this rally wants to continue. I believe this stock sees at least $.001 - $.0015 at some point over the next few days.
CUBV I called the bottom for this stock in my chat room this morning at $.08. It proceeded to rally over 50% from this figure and closed at $.115 a share. It ended down over 50% but was down well over 60% earlier in the session. This stock could make for a decent trade over the coming days as the stock receives some heavy money volume. I think the $.15 could be tested tomorrow if VFIN (the obvious seller) stays off the lead ask.
GGII I feel this is the next triple zero stock to post gains. Currently the stock is still trading quietly, but I think news will send it, much like when GTLL rallied from $.0001 to $.0022 a few months ago. The float is 1.1 billion and the recently released financials show many of the outstanding shares are tied up for a year. If this stock gets a good head of steam going I think $.0008 and better would be a reasonable price point. From there anything is possible.

Wednesday Stocks To Watch - PRMO, DKGR, SMMT, GGII
PRMO the stock saw some light buying throughout the session. The bid firmed and this stock looks to be setting up for a nice run. This is a company the should be ready to capitalize on Golds dramatic rise in value.
DKGR bounced off of its lows and mounted a mini-rally before losing bid support late in the session, With the recent reinstatement of this stock as well as positive comments posted on the new company blog, I don't think it will be long before this stock tests recent highs.
SMMT this has been one of the most impressive stocks over the last ten trading sessions. From no volume and a $.0002 price to record volume and a close today of $.007. If this one isn't on your watch list yet, now would be a good time to add it.
GGII I like this stock for a bounce from current prices. At $.0003 this stock could double or triple in a short period of time.
