Thursdays Watchlist - FFGO, CAGI, GMPM

FFGO is a lotto play everyone loves to hate. They issue amazing forward looking press releases that gets investors foaming at the mouth. More often than not the price of the stock sees a pop, I think that holds true for FFGO again with today's press. It is a Guru Buy with money you can afford to lose.

CAGI again saw record volume and the stock languished to finish just barely green. Something continues to hold this stock back. If it is indeed shorting than this stock will see some significant buying the next few trading sessions.

GMPM was up over 100% on the news pasted below. Let's see if there is any follow through to today's rally.

Gamma Pharmaceuticals Announces Multi-Year Distribution Agreement With Approximately $48 Million Annualized Minimum Sales Volume

LAS VEGAS, NV, Mar 03, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Gamma Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GMPM): Gamma Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Gamma" or the "Company") announced that it has entered into a multi-year agreement (the "Agreement") with one of North America's leading wholesale distribution organizations to distribute the full line of Gamma products. The Agreement, which is evergreen in duration, provides for minimum monthly volume purchases of Gamma products at agreed upon pricing per SKU. The contracted terms cover the sale of 40,000 cases per month of Gamma's branded products, which at full distribution equates to an annualized value of approximately $48.0 million. Gamma's new distribution partner is one of the largest wholesale distributors of branded consumer products in North America, and is credited with the enormous commercial success of many leading consumer brands.

Peter Cunningham, Gamma's Chief Executive Officer, commented on the agreement, "We are extremely pleased to have successfully contracted with such an accomplished distributor. The distributor and its retail network share Gamma's view that our products have great commercial appeal. This guarantee arrangement takes Gamma from the pre-revenue, pre-EBITDA company it has been over the past two years to a company with approximately $48 million in minimum annualized revenues, and enables Gamma's management and shareholders to look forward with more certainty in anticipating our growth and profitability." Mr. Cunningham added, "Gamma now has in place a distribution platform that truly complements the Company's product portfolio. Gamma can now successfully extend its commercial reach to more effectively attract additional retail accounts that will drive revenues in the US market for years to come."

Stocks To Watch Wednesday - CAGI, KNOS, NSFE

CAGI with over 58% of today's action shorting, one has to wonder what a little more buying pressure will bring. As I have noted in the past, Pink Sheet market makers feel they can short any stock with nary a risk of being caught with their pants down.... at least until they shorted VCTY. CAGI may provide the same type of scenario for anyone short this stock.

KNOS still remains a stock to watch going forward. I feel it will be trading higher than these prices down the road.

NSFE was up significantly today. This stock looks poised for more gains tomorrow. Rumors circulating about a new company coming into the shell.

CAGI - Getting The SHORT End Of The Stick

CAGI experienced record volume today and the price of the stock went.... down?  It makes you wonder why, as there has been no obvious selling of the issue until today.

The answer to who was selling came from a Guru Member who discovered that over 58% of the trades today were short sales, and knowing how these unscrupulous market makers work, these shares are most likely phantom shares.  It has to be nice to be able to make something out of thin air and sell it.  The problem with selling something you don't own, is what do you do when you have to buy it back for a substantially higher price?

Market makers who shorted VCTY should be able to answer that question.  Those market makers were shorting VCTY to no end at $.0013 to $.003.  Guess where they had to cover their ill-advised short positions?  I'll give a hint... VCTY hit $.0265 a share.

CAGI has a very tight share structure.  The stock has recently been reactivated as the gold bugs have come out of the woodwork.  CAGI is looking to capitalize on this.  Their recent press is pasted below for your reading pleasure.

When CAGI was actively traded it exchanged hands at over $.03 a share.  With some new found interest and some market maker covering this stock could be heading higher from today's $.0012 close.  Keep it on your radar.
