Fridays' Stocks To Watch - SPAH, KRMC, TNGL, VLCO, PRMO
KRMC the stock looks to be consolidating before it makes its next move. Volume was strong and buyers came in at $.0004. I think the $.001 price point is worth watching from here. I think a break of it would send this stock at least another 100% higher.
VLCO this stocks remains a great short term trade and a possible medium term buy. Right now the price action makes me think we've seen our lows, but it would be nice to get further confirmation tomorrow.

Thursdays Stocks To Watch - VLCO, PCFG, MASP, TNGL
MASP form 4 filings helped boost this stock today. I remain high on MASP and its future plans that have been highlighted in their recent SEC filings.
TNGL this gold stock is trading more than 50% off its highs. With gold trading near its all time highs I expect this stock trend higher from current levels.

Wednesday's Stocks To Watch -PWTC, ZMGD, NXOI, PCFG, VLCO
NXOI still waiting for the $.012 stock to bounce. These bottom type plays can just keep falling, but more often then not they bounce. The stock has hung around current levels for a short while and could be forming a bottom for a move higher.
PCFG, VLCO both these stocks had big down days today with PCFG down 35% and VLCO down 39%. I think any further dips in these stocks could be bought for quick trades with the intent of selling on the intra-day bounces.

VLCO - Start Of Next Leg Up? Or One Day Event

Last Night I had VLCO on my watch list. The stock had been basically flat since late May and I called for a possible 20-40% short term move. I was spot on as the stock today soared closing up 36% after being up over 50% in late afternoon trade.
I got that part of the call right, how about the more medium to long term picture. Are we looking at a one day pop? Or something more meaningful?
I like today's volume, almost $400,000 in money flow, this is bullish and makes me think more gains are possible into the end of the week. The MACD turned up today also a bullish sign. What we need to see tomorrow is some more solid buying and follow through off today's great session.
Today's Press Release:
CLEARWATER, Fla., July 12, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- ValCom, Inc. (VLCO.PK) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the repurchase of outstanding Common Stock, by the Company's management, effective immediately.
The shares will be purchased from time to time at prevailing market prices, through open market purchases. There is no guarantee as to the exact number of shares that will be repurchased by the Company and the Company may discontinue purchases at any time that the Board of Directors determines additional purchases are not warranted. The repurchase program is expected to continue over the next six months unless extended.
"ValCom has recently paid down a significant portion of all short-term debt and the Board of Directors believe that the current share price does not reflect the company's true market value and has therefore approved a share buyback program," stated Vince Vellardita, President and CEO of ValCom. He continued, "The recent appraisal of the ValCom library, the value of our assets, the growth of My Family TV, and the recent distribution agreements we have signed for the library are all factors we have used to determine that ValCom stock is undervalued at its current levels."
The company recently announced the results of the appraisal of its content library. The first phase of the audit and appraisal focused on the television and film portion of the library. A present value of $40,182,000 has been placed on this portion of the library. The second phase of the audit and appraisal has focused on the audio portion of ValCom's library. A value of over $80 million has been placed on this portion of the library alone. The combined appraised value of ValCom's television, film and audio content exceeds $120 million.
ValCom also recently announced that it has entered into a distribution deal with Universal Media Group, a division of Universal Studios, for The Platters Golden Anniversary album and that it will also be releasing Ike & Tina Turner: The Lost Tapes as a subsequent album. Both projects pull from content in ValCom's library.

Tuesdays Stocks To Watch - VLCO, GRPS, PWRV, PERL
VLCO late last year I wrote about this stock when it was trading for $.012 a share. You can read the full write up here. VLCO recently hit over $.06 a share and proved me right yet again. Yes I am not always right, its impossible to be in this market as there are way too many variables. But my track record for finding the stock before they move, it speaks for itself and VLCO looks like it could be on the move again. News out today was met with little fan fare, but I think it could be the impetus for a modest 20-40% short term move. Today's press release is pasted below.
GRPS market maker VFIN is up to $.0077 on the offer and this should bode well for shares. VFIN's sharp fangs have sucked the life out of this stock and with this market maker gone the stock just may see the light of day again.
PWRV this is a stock I brought to my forum readers this weekend at $.03. It hit $.065 today and closed at $.063 a full 100% higher. Let's see if it sees further gains this week.
PERL hit $.04 today and looks poised to continue its slow ascent. The company recently finalized its reverse merger and issued flings on OTC markets. Some interesting reads on PERL:

CLEARWATER, Fla., July 11, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- ValCom, Inc. (VLCO.PK) announced today that it has started production on the first of many albums that will be distributed commercially through multiple sources including Universal Music Distribution.
The Platters Golden Anniversary album will feature digitally re-mastered cuts of classic Platters songs including Only You, Smoke Gets in Your Eyes, and The Great Pretender. The Album will also feature new, original recordings with Platter's lead singer Sonny Turner and two surprise Top 40 recording artists.
The project will be produced by recording industry veterans Joel Wertman, Vince Vellardita, and Tim Harrington. Wertman is credited with discovering multiple music artists including No Doubt, The Goo Goo Dolls, and Bush. Vellardita has over 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry where he has produced and promoted over 200 live events, and Harrington brings years of business and marketing experience as an entrepreneur and venture capitalist.
"We've assembled an all-star team of business and creative talent to bring this first Platters album to market," stated Vince Vellardita, President and CEO of ValCom. "We'll be reaching multiple generations of consumers with this project."
The Platters last anniversary album sold over 70 million copies, and the group continues to command a worldwide following. The Platters are the number 1 karaoke music group in Asia.
The Platters Golden Anniversary is the first of many projects that tap into the vast content in ValCom's audio and video library. ValCom has also recently signed distribution agreements with television networks for some of the library's video content.
The second of the releases will be Ike & Tina Turner: The Lost Tapes that will feature rare and long-lost studio recordings of one of the most influential song-writing teams in music history.
Producer Tim Harrington commented, "We first heard the Ike and Tina master tapes in an Atlanta recording studio a few months ago. I was amazed at the quality of the recordings. When I heard what Tina's voice sounded like at the beginning of her career, I realized that she is the Beyonce Knowles of her generation."

Wednesday's Stocks To Watch - LYJN, VLCO, BNPD, MITD
VLCO this is a stock I alerted to my subscribers late last year at $.01. Today it hit a high of $.062 before pulling back into the close. I think we could see a run to today's highs again and then we re-evaluate from there.
BNPD a great trading session and the late last minute buying spree bodes well for tomorrow. A break of the $.025 high from last month could bring $.03 and then $.04 quickly into focus.
MITD last trade $.03 had gigantic news released after hours. The company announced an $86.5 million distribution agreement. I think the stock could move 200-300% or more from today's close.

Friday's Stocks To Watch - AWYI , APRM, VLCO, EXPH
AWYI continued its slow march higher today behind some decent news and remains a stock to watch going forward. We know this stock has the potential to post big gains in a short period of time. On any big move higher the target would be the high from the last run of $.0024. AWYI closed today at $.0014.
APRM the company posted financials to OTCMarkets.com for the first time in almost a year. This is great news for shareholders and shows the company is gearing up for big things this year and beyond. The filings also show that the share structure remains unchanged with roughly 64 million outstanding and 100 million authorized. This is a great number for a sub-penny stock and means buyers of the stock are getting a nice chunk of the pie. It also means that any type of buying pressure should move the stock higher as the market is not saturated with shares. If they can come through with the launch of their ecommerce site, one they estimate will bring in almost $13 million in revenue, you will be wondering why you weren't taking a closer look at APRM now, before the stock moved.
VLCO this former alert of mine soared to new heights today. I have always liked the company but the stock has languished until recently. Volume and price have risen and this stock again should be on your watchlist. I don't think today was the last big move for this stock, rather it was the beginning of a deliberate move higher.
EXPH the last time I alerted this stock on my blog, it took a little while before it started to move higher. EXPH is once again taking its time which is not such a bad thing if you think about it. It allows those who wish to sell at these low prices the chance to sell, while giving those who want to take a chance on this stock a great opportunity to get in at an attractive price. I think its only a matter of time with EXPH.

Wednesday's Stocks To Watch - TLAN, IGSM, PRMO, VLCO
IGSM this stock was under heavy accumulation today, surging 100% before closing up 90%. The share structure has always been a plus with IGSM, and the low float means decent buying interest can propel this stock quickly. Today's move could be the start of another run to $.004 and beyond.
PRMO after some light volume took down the bid, you could sense people giving up on this stock. Triple zero stocks are risky, and there were many who gave up on AWYI when it didn't rocket straight up from $.0003. AWYI recently hit $.0023 and those selling early were regretting it later. In this market selling scared will never make you a profit. If you are not prepared to risk your capital, then you will likely never bear the fruits that patience can bring. It takes guts holding onto a loss in hopes of a big gain, but that is one of the best ways to thrive trading penny stocks. PRMO came back strong late in the session, which tells me it has a long way to go to the upside.
VLCO the money volume continues to pour in. I really like this stock for the longer term. They have a lot going for it, including the recently reduced share structure.

Tuesday Stocks To Watch - STAU, VLCO, AWYI, PRMO
VLCO interest is starting to grow for this movie production stock. The company recently retired 20 million shares, which boddes well for anyone taking a stake in this company.
AWYI has come back to life in a big way and looks regain its form from 2008. Back then this was a $.012 stock and then the financial crisis hit. At $.0015 you still are looking at the potential for big gains down the road.
PRMO this stock remains the cheapest gold stock in the stock market. With today's annual filing we found out just how cheap this stock is. $18 million in assets, almost $7 million in revenue and $2.3 million in net profit. At some point investors will catch onto this stock and send it higher. Getting in before the crowd is one of the best ways to make money in this market.
Monday, November 22, 2010
Tuesday Stocks To Watch - STAU, VLCO, LKEN, NEGS
VLCO a quick burst of buying pushed this stock to $.0239 this morning before closing the day at $.018. Its taking less volume to move this stock. If the buyers continue to surface VLCO should see $.03 - $.05 in the short term.
LKEN I know many have lost money on this stock as it continues to plunge, but at some point this stock will find a bottom and post a rally. Could it be right here at $.0011? Or is LKEN heading to $.0002 - $.0003 before mounting a rally. In either case its worth watching.
NEGS blasted higher on a late session press release. Look for it to gallop out of the gates tomorrow.
Thursday, November 18, 2010
Friday's Stocks To Watch - VLCO, PRMO, SSWC, TRDY
PRMO with a strong bid and steady it is only a matter of time for this stock. This is the cheapest gold stock out there. What better way to capitalize on the recent rise in gold?
SSWC today's news release brought buyers back and could lead to another rally in shares. SSWC is a stock to watch going forward.
TRDY a great chart for this stock. The rally continues and at this stage you would have to think it sees $.025 - $.03 or better tomorrow.
Wednesday, November 17, 2010
Thursday's Stocks To Watch - PRMO, VLCO, UWRL, EPGL
VLCO late day news helped get a bid under this stock. I really like this one and think it should be trading at much higher levels. Today's 20 million share retirement is a great step and shows the company's commitment to increasing shareholder value.
UWRL no i have not given up on this stock. I have written about UWRL seemingly 100 times over the last 4-5 months. Once that skull and bones gets removed at Pink Sheets I will have UWRL on my blog more frequently. Until then this stock is a great buy IF/WHEN the company gets its act together.
EPGL the press release came out later than expected and perhaps that is why there was selling today. Once investors digest today's excellent PR they will see the future EPGL has and the stock should be better bid tomorrow.
VLCO - Positive News Out Of The Company Today
What the company has done today is increase everyone investors stake in the company.
I think investors will react positively to this news on Thursday and bid up the stock.

Wednesday's Stocks To Watch - PRMO, VLCO, STAU, HSCO
PRMO I received an email asking why I like this stock. I will give three reasons. First it is a gold stock and gold, even with the recent drop off, is still sitting near all-time highs. PRMO is the cheapest gold stock in the entire market. PRMO recently filed an amendment indicating the company is coming back to life. PRMO trades for $.0001/$.0002, a great price for those of you that want to take a gamble that PRMO will post a 500% - 1,000% gain from here.
VLCO this is a stock that has fallen on light volume. Considering what it has going for it, there is little doubt VLCO should be valued at a much higher price per share. At $.012 VLCO is undervalued personified.
STAU I really like this stock and I think it will post a significant gain from today's close. Significant? Some of you might be asking just how high I think this stock will go. I try not to put a price on these stocks, but I will tell you this. I could see STAU trading at $.002 - $.004 in the short term, meaning before the middle of December. Obviously if the company returns to their diluting ways, then the stock will not move. But right now STAU is looking real good.
HSCO just a beautiful few days with this stock. I could see more gains coming tomorrow. HSCO at the start of 2010 was a $2 stock. Currently trading at $.0033 there is a lot of room for upward movement.
VLCO - 25 Year Old Company Looking To Make It Big
I came across VLCO several weeks ago, as the stock was slowly selling off on light volume. The more research I did on the stock the more I liked it. Currently the stock is trading close to it's all time lows, and I think it is ready to turn the corner and post big gains in the future.
I see VLCO as an up and coming company, and recent developments show that they are indeed starting to grow revenue. The share structure is attractive for a $.012 stock and seeing how this was trading over $.10 only a few months back, there is a lot of room to go as far as upside gains are concerned.

Who is VLCO - Valcom?

The network which had been operating through 65 broadcast, IPTV and cable affiliates at the time of acquisition has now grown to over 88 affiliates. With the acquisition of My Family TV, Valcom now has a library of over 1,000 films, over 200 episodic TV series and more than 500 individual TV one-off specials and documentary programs.
A major revenue stream for ValCom is network television. The vision of the company is to follow the path of ABC Family; a network that was purchased for $1.6 Billion and was later sold for $5.1 Billion. The first network being built by ValCom is My Family TV, which was acquired by the company in 2008.
ValCom has made significant changes to My Family TV that has increased the overall value of the network. Some of these changes include: New programming blocks of health and lifestyle, classic television, comedies, children’s and primetime entertainment and over 80 movies per month; Increasing carriage to include major growth markets such as: Charlotte, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, San Francisco and Tampa. The implementation of an aggressive effort to secure cable and broadcast coverage in additional major markets will lead to improved ratings and increased revenues.
In less than one year ValCom has eliminated all debt from the acquisition and is operating My Family TV with almost no debt load. Short term plans include the acquisition and launching of new channels that will grow in value based on 4 factors: Programming, Distribution, Ad Sales and Low Operational Expenses. The company has positioned itself to be a U.S. market leader in live interactive televised auctions, traditional and innovative family programming, and sports, and will launch this successful formula to major international markets in 2010.
ValCom’s business includes television production for network and syndication programming, motion pictures, and real estate holdings. Revenue is primarily generated through the lease of the sound stages and production. ValCom has a long history of TV and film production and continuously develops projects for productions and considers proposals for co-production. ValCom has developed and produced a number of live action series pilots and full length feature film projects such as PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) and the 40 episode TV series AJ’s Time Travelers. Valcom has been commissioned to produce pilots such as Truster for Fox, It also produces development pilots itself for pitching to networks such as the New York based sitcom Fuhgedabowit and Let’s Do It Again featuring Frankie Avalon. With its integrated studio operation, studio equipment and post production facility, ValCom has the opportunity to co- produce by way of the provision of services with the opportunity to defer costs and also to provide executive producer services to assist with development, planning, financing and distribution.
VLCO's revenue growth is on the rise and the stock should react accordingly. Volume is starting to pick up and it is only a matter of time before the price starts to follow. This will be a stock to watch going forward.
