CBAI - The Good News.... if you can call it that.
It's akin to finding out your girlfriend is messing around on you with your best friend. Yeah it's bad news, but at least you didn't marry her yet. You still have the chance to move on and find someone new. It is a lesson learned and in an odd way, it is good news. You didn't go through all the trouble of planning a wedding. You don't have a closet full of shower gifts that you have no clue what to do with.
The same could be said for CBAI shareholders after recent SEC documents have revealed a new onslaught of dilution is coming into the marketplace. The stock hasn't tanked yet. You can sell and move on with a minimal loss at worst. Some of you might have already scored a sizeable gain. Don't get greedy. She's cheating on you, no sense waiting for the real fireworks. There are other stocks out there that look just as nice and they will probably treat you better too.
Leave CBAI for the risk takers who don't bother reading SEC filings and documentation.
You, on the other hand, are once bitten and twice shy.... which will make you a better penny stock trader down the road.

One shop solution for all your ‘web design’ and ‘web application’ related needs.
This is a good example on how tips can be helpful before a specific share starts to tank. Now always will you find stocks that are worth purchasing, but stocks that are worth selling now. This way if you do sell off your stash of a certain stock in the beginning of a drop and before it completely tanks, then the loss is minimal.
agreed - great point
