EWRC - Arrest Warrant Issued - CEO Henning Morales Facing Arrest For Evading The Law
Reader's you can search this blog for all of our posts about EWRC. We have been on top of this money sucking company from Day 1, and today all of our posts about this stock, many of which were laughed at and called slanderous, are being proven true.
EWRC's CEO Henning Morales is on the lamb with an arrest warrant for completely ignoring the law. He had no trouble sucking the money out of EWRC shareholders the last three years but for some reason he can't abide by the law:
For those of you new to this blog, the chart above illustrates that three years ago EWRC was trading at $24,000 a share split adjusted. Essentially after all the reverse splits the last three years a $24,000 investment has been turned into $.0003.... and you all thought Bernie Madoff was bad? Finally the law is catching up with this crook named Henning Morales. It's one thing to rip of investors, its another to ignore a court of law.
With each of my EWRC posts I received a bevy of emails telling me how I was wrong. Telling me how EWRC was a great stock and that they were investing their kids college money into it. They told me how great Henning Morales is and that he is looking out for shareholders.
The stock price speaks for itself. Henning Morales has lied and now is facing jail time. The Guru takes no pleasure in people losing their money. I hope the crooks behind these money pits go to jail and it looks like our buddy Henning Morales might just be headed there... if they can ever find him.
WARRANT ISSUED FOR eWORLD’S HENNING MORALES
LOS ANGELES – Fastlink International, Ltd., a corporation with its
main place of business in Hong Kong, China, and the Law Offices of
Mark R. McKinniss today announced that a warrant has been issued for
the arrest of Henning Morales, co-founder, president and CEO of eWorld
Companies, Inc. (EWRL). The warrant was issued following Morales’
repeated failure to appear in response to a subpoena related to the
July 31, 2008, judgment which was entered on behalf of Fastlink
International and against Morales, which judgment is a matter of
public record. Despite demands by Fastlink and its attorney, Mark R.
McKinniss, Morales has made no effort to pay the judgment and as a
result he was subpoenaed to appear for a debtor’s examination on
December 4, 2009. Morales failed to appear and a warrant was issued
but ordered held until December 31, 2009, to which date the matter was
continued. When Morales again failed to appear, Commissioner Jane D.
Myers of the Orange County Superior Court released the warrant.

MISTAKEN ARREST WARRANT RECALLED, LAWYER ADMITS TO MISUNDERSTANDING IN OPEN COURT
Los Angeles. In open Court on Thursday, March 11, 2010, before Commissioner Jane D. Myers in Department C-64 of the Orange County Superior Court, attorney Mark McKinniss formally requested that the Court withdraw an arrest warrant for Henning Morales, stating that there had been a misunderstanding between him and Mr. Morales' former attorney. Although the warrant had been issued for not appearing at two prior hearings, Mr. Morales had always maintained that Mr. McKinniss had told his former attorney that the first hearing was off calendar, and that he had not received any notice of the second hearing at all. Mr. McKinniss also requested that the Court take all pending hearings off calendar as to this claim. The Court immediately recalled and vacated the warrant and took all matters off calendar.
