OZON - Just A Dormant Shell After All
OZON issued a press release that current shareholders of the stock wish they had issued a few days ago. The brief PR basically states that the stock is a dormant shell with no prospects on the horizon. The press release contradicts the stocks upward movement the last few days amid rumors of something big in the works. I think this picture illustrates exactly what was going on with OZON since late last week:
Today's pin of a PR that will pop the OZON balloon tomorrow:
Cyclo3pss Corporation Confirms Status as a Shell Company
SALT LAKE CITY, Jan 05, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- In light of the recent increase in trading activity in its common stock, Cyclo3pss Corporation (the "Company") (Pink Sheets:OZON) wishes to confirm that it: (i) continues to have no operations and no assets; (ii) may be deemed to be a shell company; and (iii) has no current prospects for any change in its status.
There is nothing wrong with a nice pump, but don't be around when the balloon gets popped.
The chart was looking more impressive by the day. That should come to a swift end tomorrow when the stock will fall below $.005 a share. Many speculators and investors will lose money on this stock tomorrow, but that is the price you pay for buying on rumors and nothing else.

Well, at least they're honest about it.
We've seen this a few times before. CTNO had a similar release a few years back.
