GWTR - When The Word Undervalued Is An Understatement

When you follow and trade Pink Sheet and OTCBB issues as long as I have, you know a stock  like GWTR, Global Water Technologies, only comes along once every few years.  Even the word undervalued fails to fully represent GWTR.

While most Pink Sheet stocks try to garner investor attention through fluff press releases, and paid promotion, GWTR has always held the line with bread and butter press, an almost abstract representation of other issues with the same reporting standards.   While other companies want to lure you in and make you buy their stock, GWTR has taken a more conservative approach, and for the average investor looking for the quick buck, GWTR was never the answer.  That is what makes this stock such an appealing buy at these levels.  It's one of the few stocks out there waiting to be found.  A diamond in the rough.

Only a few years back GWTR's subsidiary Electric H20 was priced at $10 million dollars.  GWTR also owns the rights to a portfolio of patents, one of which they addressed in their most recent press release.  These are all tangible assets that, at some point, will be reflected in GWTR's price per share.  Even more surprising is this stock sat for months with paltry volume, and a range bound sub $.002 price... investors didn't even glance GWTR's way.  That will change going forward.

The current share structure has remained stable for over two years.  There is no active dilution occurring.  How many penny stocks can say the same thing?  When you take a position in a company it is nice to know that your investment will grow with the company.  That is exactly what will happen with GWTR.  Their stable share structure means your piece of the pie never shrinks in size.

Also consider a recent development has brought almost 200 million shares out of circulation. The company resolved a potentially volatile situation with a positive result.  1/5th of the authorized shares have been returned to the company treasury.   Your piece of the GWTR pie just got bigger.

GWTR gives you the chance to invest in the worlds most precious resource.  With a stable share structure, assets that have yet to be properly accounted for in GWTR's share price, and a management team focused on shareholder value, GWTR is a great opportunity.   With the over hang of the lawsuit gone, in an amazingly positive manner, things can continue on for the company.

That is why the Guru today is adding GWTR to his Buy and Hold list.  My short term target is $.01.  That price, one which the company reached less than two years ago, would represent some of the value this company has... not all.  With the patents and continued growth of GWTR I have no problem holding into the future.  At $.0035 a share this stock has big gains written all over it going forward.

Nice blog, but I would read their filings and get in touch with the Company itself prior to releasing the statements contained in your blog. No doubt it can run up with promo's such as this but your statements about company operations have very little bearing.
