Attention To All Of You Stealing My Hard Work - Stop Doing It

It is pretty simple. If you copy my hard work, my research, my blog posts, just give a reference. It does not take much effort to give credit where credit is due. For those of you who are copying my work and not giving credit, I want you to know I have notified Google. They will remove all their advertising from your site. I have notified Yahoo or whatever ad agency you utilize. You will have zero advertising revenue, which is what you deserve for being a thief.

Anyone who takes my work and posts it as if its their own will be dealt with. You have been warned.

No one is copying your work BOB! You're just not as good as you use to be! Stock picks aren't exclusively for you! This is still a democracy, every one can say what they want! And sure you're the man at Google and Yahoo HAHA don't make me laugh!

I was referring to the sites copying my posts verbatim and posting them on their own site without proper notation. it's called stealing.

(Anonymous1 Correcting his statement) If they are simply copying your posts and pasting them on their site without a referral, then you're absolutely right BOB! I's called copyright violation! Even if you refer you sill need permission (unless it's a link). But if you want to make the same calls as BOB based on your own DD (Or his if you shape it as yours) you're absolutely free, that's what i meant in my first post.

If you dont like it stop posting to the public only

copying people's intelligent work is always a serious crime

i wonder people are laughing here why they are still coming to read bob's blog constantly, only explanation is jealousy

it's just like they think a woman is dirty as a whore, and yet they still fuck her everyday, but ignore many other virgins out there, lol

Anonymous since you have nothing better to do at 5 in the morning let me help you out. Taking someone's posts word for word is not cool. Did you ever go to high school or even college. Ever heard of plagiarism by any chance?

If the facts are open to anyone than no one can make them his! To copy someone's blog is a criminal fact (copy paste), but to use the facts presented isn't!

Immie said...

Your right if you look online people take his posts word for word (copyright infringement). When doing research and finding information, and then creating theories/speculation. People then use Bob's Research and basically change a couple of words.

Still Plagiarism which is "use or close imitation of the language and thoughts of another author and the representation of them as one's own original work."

"Plagiarism is not the same as copyright infringement. While both terms may apply to a particular act, they are different transgressions. Copyright infringement is a violation of the rights of a copyright holder, when material protected by copyright is used without consent. On the other hand, plagiarism is concerned with the unearned increment to the plagiarizing author's reputation that is achieved through false claims of authorship."

I agree with you Immie that's why i corrected my fist post. But if the facts are open to anyone than that's no product of someones intelligence! A possible reverse merger is a speculation based on facts made public, and it's every ones right to speculate on it! There's no Plagiarism here! It can be anyone's product of intelligence! But if you copy paste it....... Yeah than you prove your guilt while pasting!

You mean you can't cut and paste someone's work verbatim? I thought that's what the internets were for... No wonder they tossed me out of college.

Stumbled across this earlier tonight by accident: http://stockbb.net/2010/01/03/monday-january-4th-watchlist-arsc-pown-amhd/

Looks like that guys been jacking your posts for a while...

Tell 'em Bob, stealing info and copying verbatim is like being robbed, next thing folks will say you copied the blogger, instead of the other way around. I'm glad you're taking a proactive approach on this.

hope everything is ok...was expecting the update?

people are really copying and pasting your posts wow. who are the culprits? once you bring out facts about a play, i could see those facts being repeated by others as to why the stock will go up etc. but word for word copying and pasting is just plain wrong.
