SNRS - CEO Thinks Investors MAY Consider a 2,500% Premium A Fair Offer

I don't even know if the dumb and dumber theme fits SNRS at this point. When a CEO views a 2,500% premium as being just a fair offer, not an outrageously obscene offer, a preposterous, tremendously overpriced offer, you have to wonder what the heck is going on. Let's be honest, a fair offer is $.0001, and that would be after the next reverse split. Who in their right mind is going to pony of $70 million for a company that has only $250k in assets? Am I the only one that thinks this is blatantly deceitful?

It appears someone wasn't happy paying just a 1,500% premium for a company with no revenues. They upped it to a 2,500% premium and decided that $42 million was just not enough for a company with $250,000 in assets. Instead the plan is to offer $70 million for all 14 billion shares at a price of $.005, when in fact they are trading at $.0002 with an apparently unlimited supply to be had at that figure.

You all know how this story ends. The good thing is investors have finally caught on. With just a smattering of small buys on the heels of this press release, its only a matter of time before the wheels fall off this bus.
