VIPR - Raises Authorized Shares by 3 BILLION

VIPR on Novemember 1st, according to their secratary of state, has raised their authorized shares from 5 billion to 8 billion.  Considering this stock now rests at $.0001/$.0002, I don't think there is much upside to this stock, absent some logical explanation from the company, aside from debt conversions and additional dilution.

VIPR had raised its authorized in April from 2 billion to 3 billion.  Then in August from 3 billion to 5 billion.  Now they have raised it to 8 billion.  The stock price has done nothing but fall and I want my readers to be wary of this trend.  While VIPR may bounce, get a little run, the odds of anything sustainable happening are slim.

If you had your eyes on this stock, just be cognizant of the big run-up in the share count.  This is a stock that will likely need a million dollars in volume in order for it to post any gains.
