I think the chart speaks for itself. I was going through stocks after the close and was surprised to find ATPT sitting only a few ticks away from no bid. News out yesterday did very little to convince anyone to pick up shares in this "stock". Stocks that fall to fresh lows do hold the chance for a rebound, and with the recent news there is a chance of that happening. After reverse splitting earlier this year the drastic drop since then might be telling you that traders see another ugly reverse split coming.
