Today ONTC pushed through a 1,000 for 1 recapitalization of its stock. Amir's almost 200 million share stake will turn into a measly 176,000 shares. Ironically he reported 47% stake yesterday based on the last reported outstanding share count, not enough to over rule this complete shaft of all ONTC common equity holders.
