TGTX - From $.04 to $.325 in two Sessions

I have a new section in my subscriber forum called "charts to watch".  Its been putting out some great winning stocks since I started it.  The latest stock is TGTX.   It had some filings last week, this is what I wrote in my subscriber forum along with the chart I provided.



An 8k out after hours shows some massive financing for the company. Warrants issued at $.04 and some preferred stock sold as well.

Looks like they have raised nearly $50 million in the last month!

Even with the additional shares, that is a huge figure for a $.04 stock.

This could be a stock to watch next week.
