With the stock at $.0012 and down 82% on the session is it time to buy for a bounce? I think the stock will see a nice 50-75% rally from current levels, even if the bounce is of the dead cat variety.
You can make substantial gains in this market just buying the bottoms. This could be that chance as NCNE continues to see heavy selling. Of course there is no telling when the selling will stop.
