EPGL - Major News Hits The Wires Just Before The Market Closes

I think EPGL could see buying at the open tomorrow and possibly throughout the day.  I found today's press release to be positive for shareholders.  I'll let you decide:

EP Global Communications, Inc. Announces Major Development and Fact Sheet for EP Investors and Clients

Muscle Pain Detection Device, Autism, Epilepsy, and Rare Genetic Disorders Among the Many Educational Programs Offered at the World Congress on Disabilities in Dallas Texas, November 18-19

JOHNSTOWN, Pa., Nov 17, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- EP Global Communications, Inc. (EPGL), (the Company), (Pink Sheets: EPGL), (www.eparent.com), the parent company of Exceptional Parent (EP) magazine, and the EP Health Sciences Division are announcing to investors that on the eve of this year's World Conference on Disabilities (WCD), the Muscle Pain Detection Device (MPDD) has been evaluated at two major US health institutions with several more expressing interest. "Evaluation results are positive and we anticipate the FDA approved device, coupled with Dr. Norman Marcus' treatment protocol, will help many millions of people impacted by pain," said Joseph M. Valenzano Jr., CEO of EP Global Communications, Inc. "Use of the MPDD can provide clinicians with information about which muscles are causing back and neck pain and help reduce the associated staggering direct medical costs - 86 billion in 2005. It just needs more awareness, which we hope to help provide."
This announcement comes as EP Global Communications is seeing unprecedented events and developments in its 40-year history. "We are excited about recent financial restructuring agreements as well as contracts and affiliations, including those with Web MD, the United States Marine Corps and soon the US Army, and a Keynote Address by Admiral Michael Mullen, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, to kick off this year's World Conference on Disabilities in Dallas, Texas," explained Valenzano.
In addition, several online educational seminars will be broadcast live on the internet free of charge and investors, subscribers, and readers are encouraged to register and attend. Among the seminars to be broadcast is the presentation by Dr. Marcus to conference attendees and those viewing live online worldwide on how a muscle evaluation and treatment protocol utilizing the MPDD can reduce disability related to neck and back pain. Other seminars such as new treatment therapies for epilepsy, including surgical interventions, will also be available.

Thursday's Stocks To Watch - PRMO, VLCO, UWRL, EPGL

PRMO the buying is starting to pick up, and I think it is only a matter of time before this stock takes off.  As I have said previously PRMO is the cheapest gold stock in the market.  If you want to play the appreciation of gold, but weant to be buying inexpensive shares,  than PRMO is your stock.  The reward for buying a $.0001-$.0002 stock can be tremendous.

VLCO late day news helped get a bid under this stock.  I really like this one and think it should be trading at much higher levels.  Today's 20 million share retirement is a great step and shows the company's commitment to increasing shareholder value.

UWRL no i have not given up on this stock.  I have written about UWRL seemingly 100 times over the last 4-5 months.  Once that skull and bones gets removed at Pink Sheets I will have UWRL on my blog more frequently.  Until then this stock is a great buy IF/WHEN the company gets its act together.

EPGL the press release came out later than expected and perhaps that is why there was selling today.  Once investors digest today's excellent PR they will see the future EPGL has and the stock should be better bid tomorrow.

Stocks Likely To Rally Next Week

STAU this "IncrediStock" has so much going for it.  I think it will post a great run heading into the holiday season.  Currently trading at $.0003 I can see this stock easily back over $.001 on just a modest uptick in volume.

PRMO this gold stock has held strong the last few sessions and looks poised for a significant breakout.  With every other high priced gold stock already posting big gains, this $.0002 stock is the cheapest active gold stock in the entire stock market.  I think that will change soon.

MXGD this gold stock hit new highs on its rebound and looks ready to really break out come Monday.

EPGL has announced that it will be sharing some significant information and facts about its corporate business strategy for investors on November 17th, 2010. I could see the stock running up into this announcement, and depending on the announcement continuing to move higher.

Friday's Stocks To Watch - AWYI, BFHJ, HTLJ, EPGL

AWYI this stock has found its way onto the Regulation SHO Threshold List. Essentially millions of AWYI shares have been sold without actually owning those shares. This equates to a naked short position in the stock. If the buying continues then these phantom shares will likely need to be covered adding to the buying pressure.

BFHJ this stock is getting hot again. The money volume is up and the stock looks poised to break higher.

HTLJ this stock is sitting near recent lows. Interest has dried up and the euphoria over the almost $1 million in insider purchases seems to have abated. With over $4 a share in revenue this $.16 stock epitomizes the term undervalued.

EPGL the company released news today. They have a major announcement coming on November 17th. It could be a profitable trade buying into that press.

Thursday's Stocks To Watch - BFHJ, IGSM, ITCJ, EPGL, PRPM

BFHJ
Yesterday I thought BFHJ would post a 25-30% gain today. I think it posts a 25-30% up day tomorrow. Instead the stock closed higher by 45.45%. I don't mind being wrong when it means my readers make more money than originally planned. So what do I see happening on Thursday? The afternoon rally was nothing short of impressive. If this continues on Thursday we could head back into the $.006's. I want to stick to my conservative numbers and let the bulls make me look bad tomorrow. BFHJ I think posts a 15-20% gain tomorrow.

IGSM this stock is ready to make its next move. The support was solid today and the float combined with positive company events make this a stock to own going forward. I think we could see this stock hit $.003 and better tomorrow.

ITCJ was trading over $.01 not a month ago. It has fallen and in my view has reached a bottom. Today's volume and trading action, in my view, is indicative of a stock that is ready to head higher. the question with ITCJ is how much higher. I think we could see $.001 as soon as tomorrow. After that $.004 is the next point of resistance on the chart.

EPGL great news out tonight about a contract with the U.S. Marines. I expect a bevy of buying at the open. The EPGL CEO continues to come through for his shareholders.
PRPM this is a stock trading newar its bottom. I think it could post a sizeable bounce from its $.0009 closing price.

Tuesday Stocks To Watch - IGSM, BFHJ, EPGL, UWRL

IGSM this stock continues its ascent with its eyes on $.01 and better. I think its going to happen quickly. Most of the market makers have already moved higher in anticipation. Last week the stock had 6 market makers willing to sell, now only two remain. IGSM's chart should look even better after tomorrow.

BFHJ I think we'll see some positive action right out of the gate tomorrow. This stock bundled two days worth of consolidation into one trading session today. This bodes well for more gains tomorrow.

EPGL it is not everyday you hear a sub-penny stock strike a deal with a multi-billion dollar market cap company such as WebMD. Its safe to say EPGL will see some significant buying pressure tomorrow. and throughout the week.

UWRL it was nice to see $.0013 hit for a little while, as the stock pulled back to close up 50% at $.0012. As I have said previously, and probably one too many times for most of you, I see UWRL trading at $.006 and better at some point in the near future. Could today be the start of that run? I think there is a good chance it is. We had record volume and a price breakout. UWRL is attracting the eyes of investors now. A renewed uptrend means $.0015 - $.0017 within the next day or two.

EPGL - EP Global Communications, Inc (PINK:EPGL) and WebMD Health Corp (NASDAQ:WBMD)

When EP Global Communications, Inc CEO Joseph M. Valenzano said last month that positive developments would be announced shortly, he couldn't have been anymore right. In a market plagued with CEO's who know how to talk but never come through for their shareholders, Valenzano came through in a big way. Tonight EPGL announced an agreement with none other than WebMD. WebMD (NASDAQ: WBMD) trades on the NASDAQ for almost $50 a share. It has a $2.8 billion market cap.

I think this is great news for EPGL shareholders. For those of you still holding from $.0001 when I alerted it, I commend your patience. It is not easy holding a triple zero stock for any length of time, but the rewards can outweigh the risks by 10-20 fold.

I would not be surprised to see EPGL trade to $.001 and better this week on this news.

P Global Communications, Inc. and WebMD Sign Content License Agreement

WebMD to feature editorial content from EP magazine on its highly rated health-related website

JOHNSTOWN, Pa., Oct 04, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- EP Global Communications, Inc. (EPGL), (the Company), (Pink Sheets: EPGL), (www.eparent.com), the parent company of Exceptional Parent (EP) magazine, is pleased to announce that it has just signed a content license agreement with the well-known and highly respected internet-based healthcare network, WebMD. With the goal of providing valuable information related to individuals with disabilities and special healthcare needs, the world-renown leading provider of virtual medical information has turned to the special needs journal that has been exclusively focusing on this population for over 40 years.

WebMD's team of editors and healthcare experts reviewed content previously published by EP magazine and selected articles to position on the WebMD network. Among the topics of initial interest to the company were: brain injury, autism, home schooling, and pet therapy. Additionally, WebMD staff will review each of EP's future issues upon publication and select up to 3 articles from each issue to feature on WebMD.

"The formation of this relationship is a positive development for everyone involved in the special needs community," stated EP President and CEO, Joe Valenzano. "At EP we provide the best and most valuable information for parents, physicians, and caregivers of people with special needs but this content is only delivered to those who opt to subscribe. Now, countless other people -- people who are in need of this kind of support -- will be able to access our resources via WebMD's wide and accessible reach."

The agreement also includes the exchange of reciprocal links between EP and WebMD whereby WebMD will provide a link back to EP's website (eparent.com) and a mention and link back to the EP content on the WebMD Network in two WebMD newsletters each year. In turn, EP will provide a link to the EP content on WebMD via its website and digital publication (eparentdigital.com).

Friday's Stocks To Watch - IGSM, BFHJ, EPGL, UWRL

IGSM the float continues to dry up and the stock price maintained its upward trend. Gains in 5 straight trading sessions. I expect that trend to continue. The only thing slowing down this stock is market makers selling shares they don't have. At some point they will realize their mistake.

BFHJ that was one of the strongest closes I have seen in quite some time. People are getting in with reckless abandon. They know that this stock has $.015 - $.02 written all over it short term. BFHJ, in my view, is a mini Las Vegas Sands, without having to hire all the staff to run the place. An online casino is a veritable gold mine.

EPGL late day news propelled the stock higher. I have little doubt that this $.0003 stock sees $.0005 then $.0007. The positive news flow is not being over looked by investors.

UWRL just like I stuck by BFHJ when it recently hit $.0006 I remain strongly behind UWRL. If I am right you are looking at a gain of at least 750% from today's close. I know most of you won't mind 200-300%, but I have the feeling UWRL will get its act together and make everyone very happy.

Wednesday's Stocks To Watch - EPGL, THES, UWRL, ICOA, SNEY

EPGL news released after the market closed should help propel this stock tomorrow.  I think there is a good chance it sees $.0004 and maybe $.0005.  From there we can continue working higher.

THES this stock is the target of a reverse merger and looks to build upon recent gains.  This is a stock to watch going forward.

UWRL patience will play a big roll with this stock.  I could sense investors losing patience with this stock today, and that weighed on the price.  I think UWRL sees $.006 at some point, which means those shares at $.0007/.0008 may be very rewarding.

ICOA the buying was coming quickly today for this stock.  I am interested to see if it keeps going tomorrow.  It is on watch.

SNEY it is knife catching time.

EPGL - More News After Hours

The news flow for EPGL continues as another press release hits the wires after hours. The stock looks about ready to make its next move to $.0004 - $.0005.

EPGL Announces Presentation by Norman Marcus, MD, at the World Congress on Disabilities November 19, 2010

Marcus Will Present Studies on the Muscle Pain Detection Device, Coupled with His Comprehensive Treatment Program to Eliminate Long-Standing Disabling Pain

JOHNSTOWN, Pa., Sep 21, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- EP Global Communications, Inc. (EPGL), (the Company), (Pink Sheets:EPGL), (www.eparent.com), the parent company of Exceptional Parent (EP) magazine, is pleased to announce that Dr. Norman Marcus, MD, will be making a live presentation on a new method to evaluate and frequently eliminate chronic pain at this year's World Congress on Disabilities (WCD) in Dallas, Texas, November 17-18, 2010.

Dr. Marcus will present studies of the instrument he co-invented with the Stevens Institute of Technology, the Muscle Pain Detection Device, coupled with his comprehensive treatment program to eliminate long-standing disabling pain. This presentation will give attendees, including healthcare professionals, the opportunity to interact with Dr. Marcus and understand how addressing muscles as a cause of chronic pain can lead to successful treatment in patients thought to be untreatable. Examples of patients with chronic back and neck pain and following failed spine surgery will be discussed.

"We encourage all civilian and military families as well as physicians and allied health care professionals and EPGL shareholders to attend this event in Dallas. Having suffered from chronic neck and back pain for over 13 years, and after being told that the only treatment that could help was a spinal fusion, I can attest personally to the tremendous relief this new intervention therapy provided to me," said Joe Valenzano, President and CEO of EPGL.

EPGL plans to broadcast via the web the entire presentation by Dr. Norman Marcus as well as several other clinical lectures delivered by world renowned physicians including: Pauline Filipek, MD (Autism); Steve Wolfe, MD, Patty McGoldrick and Saadi Ghatan, MD (Epilepsy Therapies including surgical interventions); Blanca Vasquez on Lennox Gastaux Syndrome; and several others dealing with rare genetic disorders brain blast injury and PTSD and others. The webcasts will reach military base hospitals, clinics, rehab facilities, families, physicians, allied healthcare professionals, caregivers and people with special needs around the world. Seminars broadcast by EP will be archived on the company's website and available for download for at least 90 days following the WCD.

Tuesday's Stocks To Watch - LLEG, EPGL, PFMS, EIGH

LLEG this stock continued its remarkable rally. Thus far, out of 13 September trading days, LLEG has closed down just one, and that was September 1st. LLEG has now gone 12 straight trading sessions without posting a loss. Let's see if it can keep the streak going tomorrow.

EPGL
the ask at $.0003 is being offered by less market makers. I think the price will jump to $.0004 and then $.0005 within the next two trading days.

PFMS
the stock has pulled back and could be ready to head higher. I think at $.0005/.0006 there is tremendous value in these shares.

EIGH
after being up 45% on Monday, this stock could see a modest pull-back on Tuesday, and that could come intra-day. After the pull-back I think EIGH will see $.50 - $.60.

EPGL - Stock Surges On Record Volume

Investors were scrambling to pick up shares of EPGL today sending the stock higher and helping it post a record volume day. The news released after the close of trade yesterday was the reason for the demand for EPGL stock and I think this will continue for quite a while.

This is a stock that ran last year at precisely the same time and at the same price to $.0024 a share. With the company addressing their debt issues, the rally this time could have more staying power.

EP Global Communications, Inc. Opens Health Sciences Division for Marketing of Biotechnology Products and Services Worldwide

Company Taps into Network of Resources in Medicine and Science to Address Market Worth Approximately $85 Billion Annually

JOHNSTOWN, Pa., Sep 16, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- EP Global Communications, Inc. (EPGL), (the Company), (Pink Sheets: EPGL), (www.eparent.com), the parent company of Exceptional Parent (EP) magazine, is pleased to announce that the new EP Health Sciences Division of the company is operational. The EP Health Sciences Division is utilizing the substantial network of resources that EPGL has established in both the fields of medicine and science over 40 years of existence.

"We are working with Dr. Norman Marcus and his innovative therapy coupled with the Muscle Pain Detection Device which has had significant beneficial results for many patients dealing with significant back pain. This intervention therapy addresses a market which has been estimated to be $85 billion in size and Dr. Marcus' approach can help potentially millions of people experience relief from chronic pain for the first time," said Joe Valenzano, the CEO of EPGL. This marks a significant expanded direction for EPGL. Valenzano went on further to say that, "Dr. Marcus treated my condition, diagnosed as compressed or bulging discs in C-2 through C-7, with his intervention therapy and the MPDD and I am completely pain free today - after living with constant pain for over thirteen years."

Dr. Marcus will be speaking on pain and pain management at the upcoming World Congress on Disabilities (http://thewcd.org) in Dallas, Texas, November 18-19, 2010.

"Our goal is to help increase awareness of the MPDD and Dr. Marcus' Therapy to the institutions that need it the most urgently due to the vast numbers of potential patients afflicted with pain," Valenzano explained. "Our goal is to have this embraced by the medical community over the next several years via expanded knowledge, awareness and education."

EPGL is also continuing work on developing a Resource Guide for the Nutraceutical Community, working collaboratively with Stephan DeFelice, MD. "We hope to have this product available in early 2011," said Valenzano. The product itself will increase education and awareness and highlight the many issues faced by those utilizing Nutraceuticals in combination with Rx Medications and when such use may not be in the patient's best interests.

Friday's Stocks To Watch - EPGL, HTLJ, XYNH, GTLL

EPGL after the market closed the company released some great news which gave us a taste of the positive developments they have in store for their shareholders. It appears EPGL already following through on its statements made in its last press release, namely to build shareholder equity to a level befitting the positive developments to be announced shortly. Today's news is something the company can build upon and I think the share price will react accordingly. I think those of you who have been listening to me about this stock will be very happy as this stock moves higher.

HTLJ those watching this stock trade in the $.20 - $.25 range this week, in my opinion, will be watching this stock trade at $.30 - .35 next week. Those buying in this current range will likely be sitting on a 400% or better gain in the short term. This stock has been trading inside a pressure cooker the last few months ready to embark on a rally that will bring the stock closer to its fair valuation, which I think is at least $2-$3 a share.

UWRL volume has lightened up and the price is holding strong at $.0008. This looks like the spot where the bulls will begin to make their move. Modest buying interest should bring this stock back over $.001, and once the skull and cross bones gets taken care of, over $.006 a share.

GTLL some potent news was released today that brought a decent pop in the stock before it fell back to close even. I think the press release is still being disseminated, and tomorrow it could head back to the $.0004 - .0005 area. This is one of those dump and run stocks in the mold of recent runners MSOA and QOIL, except it hasn't had its run just yet. That run could start as soon as tomorrow.

Thursday's Stocks To Watch - EPGL, HTLJ, PRGJ, EVRN

EPGL could get interesting the last two trading days of the week. I've seen it happen many times with these $.0002 stocks. People wait until the market makers start leaving the ask at $.0002 before taking a position. They are intent to wait at the bid hoping to get in for a 50% discount. In the end they end up getting in at $.0003 or even $.0004 which will only help with the buying pressure when EPGL gets moving. Today almost all the trades were on the ask and this bodes well for tomorrow. Once a few market makers start moving up to $.0003 and $.0004, the shares at $.0002 will disappear in a hurry. The impetus could be a the release of positive developments by the company, or merely investors that have yet to hear about this stock. Either way the buying will come and this stock has a great chance to hit $.0008 - $.0012 short term.

HTLJ when insiders buy over 10% of the outstanding shares you know they have a good idea about where the price per share is headed. Just in the last month these insiders made a huge statement, yet the retail investor has yet to react as boldly. While volume is up, the stock has not moved. I think that will change soon. The current ask is $.24 and I think it trades 400% higher from here in the short term. With all the positives this stock and company have going for it this is the easiest 400% call I have ever made.

PRGJ this stock is sitting near recent lows. The last time it was at this level it surged over 100%. At $.007 this stock could see a 200-300% gain from here just on valuation alone.

EVRN this stock has fallen and closed today's session at $.0015. I think this stock could see a quick 150% rebound tomorrow and Friday. It could be a very profitable trade.

Wednesday's Stocks To Watch - EPGL, BFHJ, UWRL. EIGH

EPGL trading at $.0002 this triple zero stock is ready to make some waves this week after a positive press release from the company, its first press release in years, highlighted some shareholder developments. I think this stock trades higher from here and if history is any indication this stock could post a 1,000%+ rally.

BFHJ the selling seemed to stop late today after a 23 million share block was absorbed at the bid. It seems buyers had finally set a line on the sand at $.0007. The stock should see higher prices as the week progresses.

UWRL the ask side of the level II has thinned out considerably. Another dose of selling does little to change my outlook on this stock. While a host of investors have likely sold during this recent selling spree, those with the fortitude and belief will be rewarded. You hear it all the time about those who sold too soon. "I wish I held that". "You know I have 5 million shares of that stock and I sold it! What was I thinking". There will be plenty of those statements with UWRL in the short term.

EIGH the stock added another 33% today. Anyone doubting its strength was proved wrong and my $.30 target looks more feasible after a day like today.

EPGL - Looking To Rally In Impressive Fashion

For those of you that do not know EP Global Communications, Inc. (EPGL) , parent company of Exceptional Parent (EP) magazine, is a 40-year-old, award-winning, multi-media publishing and communications company. The stock, in my view, is ready to see a substantial rise in price, and it could occur in a violent fashion.

Why is EPGL going to rise and why will that rise be violent? Today the company, for the first time in several years, issued a press release. In it the company stated "Our main goal now is to build shareholder equity to a level befitting the positive developments to be announced shortly." The intriguing part is what are these positive developments to be announced shortly? Why would the company come out with a press release after such a long time of silence... unless these positive developments that are to be announced, will add significant value to EPGL shares. The CEO said today he wants to build shareholder equity, I imagine these developments are going to add that. The violent rally will come when investors chase this stock higher. Investors know this stock can run and run hard.

What does all this mean for EPGL? It means it heads higher from here. The stock last year ran from precisely these levels to $.0024 a share meaning the potential for EPGL is $.0024 or better. It's hit that price before and it could hit it easily again. History tends to repeat itself and I see it doing so here.

If EPGL hits $.0024 that would amount to a 1,200% gain from today's close. If you invest $400 in EPGL at $.0002, those $400 would be worth $4,800 at $.0024. That is the potential profit that EPGL can provide. It has posted those gains before and it can do it again. Considering the bullish stance of the company, I see no reason to believe this stock won't rally just as it did last year.

This stock is worthy of a buy and one to watch going forward. The company seems dead set on returning value to its shareholders. With the share structure maxed out and investor interest returning to this issue I see no reason why EPGL can't go to $.0008 - $.0012 in the short term.

I have a knack for sniffing out these triple zero stocks before the crowd. EPGL will be another in a long line of 1,000% stocks I have called.
