KMAG - Chart Play?

KMAG is a stock I wrote about last week.  While I don't like the stock if I were to just look at the chart I see a few reasons why this stock might be ready to turn higher, even just for a few days.

The stock could be putting in a golden cross.  Time will tell.  Currently KMAG sits at $.0065 a share on some selling this morning.  News was out near the open of trade (pasted below).  I think the stock could put in a little rally to $.012 - $.015 a share before resuming its decline.
